Martin Rein-Cano is in charge of landscape design of the Project. His team has carried out work for the German railroad, a sports facility in Zurich, the German embassy in Warsaw, a research and recreation center in Schoninen, and projects in Denmark, Seul, China and other locations. The firm is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Ferman Urban Design Prize, German Architecture prize and others.
Mr. Correia and his team work on the creative side of the Project. Developed renderings of the project, interior and exterior. Created collateral material: video, slides, print material. The team is in charge of all visuals of Lodge de la Reine.
Tea Ross prepared market research report and compiled a global database of ADR’s and occupancies for Project’s peer group. Providing ongoing guidance on positioning and marketing, leveraging her extensive industry knowledge and connections.
Gasser & Masserey SA has carried out preliminary engineering and will continue work on the Project during the construction period.
IMPACT Consultancy SA carries out technical studies, management and environmental planning. The team provided impact assessment and quality assurance of the Project.
Geo Rey is an energy and economics consultant. Provided advice on energy modelling, environmental and technical issues.
